When a facilities issue comes up one of your locations, you can report the problem and request service from either the OpenWrench mobile app or the web application (https://app.useopenwrench.com).
On Mobile
From the mobile app, navigate to the Work Orders tab and click the purple Request Service button in the lower right corner to open a new request.
Following the questions step by step, select the affected location, problem type, and asset (optional).
Provide a short description and add relevant photos by selecting them from your mobile device's camera roll or taking them with your device's camera.
On Desktop
From the desktop app, navigate to the Work Orders page using the left-side menu. Click the purple "Request Service" or "Create Work Order" button at the top right to open a new service request.
Following the questions step by step, select the affected location, problem type, and asset (optional).
Provide a short description and add relevant photos by uploading them from your local files. (Note: If you want to add images from a remote source, download them to your desktop first in order to add them to the work order.)
