1. Activate Your OpenWrench Account

Step 1: Open Your Invitation Email

Look for an email from <a href="mailto:staff@useopenwrench.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">staff@useopenwrench.com</a> and click Sign Me Up.

Enter your name and create a password.

Your email address will be your username going forward.

Go back to your email inbox and look for a second email from OpenWrench.

Once your account is verified, you will be taken directly into OpenWrench.

Logging In to OpenWrench on the Web

When a service issue arises that you would like to report, you can access OpenWrench from any computer or mobile browser.

2. Enter the same email address and password you use for the OpenWrench web portal.
3. Log in to access your locations and submit service requests directly from your mobile device.

Tip: You do not need to create a separate account for the mobile app. Your OpenWrench login works on both the web and the app.
