@Tag Specific Users
Tag a user in a note by typing:

Reducing email noise
Requesting action from one specific person
Escalating without over-notifying
📌 Best Practices for Using Notes
✔ Keep all updates within Notes
✔ Avoid relying on emails or texts for work order communication
✔ Attach photos and videos directly to provide clarity
✔ Use tagging thoughtfully to keep notifications focused
Centralized communication prevents confusion and keeps everyone aligned.
👀 Last Note Visibility (No More Clicking Into Every Work Order)
The most recent note left on a work order is displayed directly on the main Work Orders page.
This means:
You can see the latest update instantly
You don’t have to open every work order to stay informed
You can quickly identify which items need attention
🚨 Notes Awaiting Your Response
If a note requires your response, it will be highlighted on the main Work Orders page.
This ensures:
Nothing slips through the cracks
Action items are clearly visible
Accountability is built into the workflow
📧 Email Integration (Time-Saving Feature)
You can respond directly to OpenWrench email notifications.
Simply reply to the email, and:
Your response is automatically captured in the Notes section of the work order
No need to log in to respond
This keeps communication centralized while saving time.
👁 Read Receipts
