From OpenWrench, go to the Suppliers page.

At the top of the page, click the By Locations tab.

All of your locations will appear on this page.

You can use the filters to narrow down the list by:

This can be helpful if you want to rank suppliers for one region or group of locations at a time.

Click on the location you would like to update.

Choose the problem type you want to rank suppliers for.

For example, you may select a problem type like Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or another category that applies to that location.

Once the suppliers appear, drag and drop them into the correct ranking order.

For example:

If you move a supplier into Rank 1, the other suppliers will automatically move down in the list.

If you do not see the supplier you want to rank, click Add Supplier.

You can search for the supplier by typing their name.

This will allow you to find suppliers that may already be assigned to other locations for that same problem type.

Once you find the correct supplier, select them and click Update Suppliers.

Repeat the same steps for any other problem types that need supplier rankings.

You can continue selecting additional problem types for that location and ranking the suppliers as needed.

If another location should have the same supplier rankings, you can use the Copy from Another Location feature.

First, select the location you want to update.

Then click Copy from Another Location.

Select the location that already has the rankings you want to copy.

Then click Submit.

OpenWrench will ask you to confirm this action.

This cannot be undone, so make sure you are copying from the correct location.

If everything looks correct, click Confirm.

The rankings from that location will now be copied over.
